He will be very good. It is tough to compare sporting figures from different eras.
Hard to say whether LeBron is going to be as good as Michael Jordan as almost every superstar who has been a winner has usually had another Hall of Fame type superstar on the team and a bunch of good role players like Jordan had Pippen with support from guys named Cartwright, Longley, Rodman, Paxson, Kerr, and the list of names could go on and on.

Maybe LeBron could start with either a NBA ring, which requires a good team, or at least a NBA scoring title, which requires exceptional individual talent, to begin to put LeBron in Jordan's league. This way if LeBron ever won a NBA ring, a NBA defensive player of the year award, a NBA MVP award, a NBA MVP Finals award, a NBA ring, or a NBA scoring title, then there might be some comparison between different eras if anyone thinks that Jordan retiring in 2003 played in a totally different era from the 2003 NBA rookie LeBron.
Lebron is certainly one of the best in the game today and has a chance to go down as one of the best 50 all time. But it is hard to predict after only 4 years if he will be the best 2 or 3 players of all time, which is what he would need to be to be considered as good as Jordan.
Lebron should not be compared to MJ. He is more Majic Johnson or Oscar Robertson than anyone else.
i don't think he should be compared to mj either. he is not as good as mj and i don't think he ever will be. he will get better as he gets older but there are very few that could have any chance of matching the success of mj. and he doesnt have a coach as good as mj had to lead him to so many championships that left mj such a star.
I don't know, if he keeps getting better he will be.

Lebron is lebron and will be compared to himself ,noone in the NBA right now can hold a candle to micheal jordan .The greatest to ever play the game.
I dont think we'll ever see Lebron average more than 30 points a game consistently in his career because he isnt that type of player. he likes to pass to open teammates and improve their game.

i dont think there will ever be another Jordan. lets just hope Lebron can make a name for himself so one day, people will ask if there will be another lebron
lebron should never be compared to best of all time he can be compared by wade kobe but jordan is the king of all time nobody is goin to take that away from him
