Be honest dont you thonk lebron james 100% deserves mvp?jerseys

LeBron and Kobe are the only 2 you could consider. Chris Paul has only proven he could be good one season. CP's season was incredible but could be an anomaly.

LeBron led the league in scoring was a force on the boards and dished the ball nearly as well as CP. He led the league in triple doubles which puts him in a league all his own when compared to Kobe the scorer and CP the set up man.

Kobe got it done on both ends of the court. He nearly led the league in scoring but with the acquisition of Pau Gasol he was able to let off and get others involved more. He picked up his already stellar defense (he's better hen LeBron) and led the Lakers to the best record in a tough west conference.

The voting will come down to LeBron Vs Kobe and this year the deciding factor may be the conferences giving the edge to Kobe. You never know though the bulk of the voters live out east and we've had the last 3 MVP's go to the west. Anything can happen.

Be honest dont you thonk lebron james 100% deserves mvp?www.nba ,nba teams

No... it should go to Chris Paul; he is the player who has lead a team of young guns who literally would be lost without him, into being one of the most serious title threats in years.

They are the only team (ever) of young players without much playoff experience on the team; and the ONLY team that is lead by a player without playoff experience to be considered a real threat for a title shot.

All of this is because of CHRIS PAUL!!!

BTW...tschernS, you just proved why Chris Paul SHOULD be the #1 candidate. The MVP is a ANNUAL/SEASON award, not a Lifetime achievement award. if it was based on career achievement, then it wouldn't be going to Kobe, Lebron, or KG, the only player that would deserve it then would be Tim Duncan. He's the only player who keeps leading his team to the promise-land consistently, if you doubt that check his career stats. None of the other players compare.

First Team All-NBA:

1998,1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007

Second Team All-NBA:

2006

First Team All-NBA Defense:

1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007

Second Team All-NBA Defense:

1998, 2004, 2006

Tim Duncan has won 2 NBA MVP awards:

2001-02 NBA MVP

2002-03 NBA MVP

Duncan is a 3 time Finals MVP %26amp; 4 time NBA champion:

1999 NBA Finals MVP (Spurs win NBA title)

2003 NBA Finals MVP (Spurs win NBA title)

2005 NBA Finals MVP (Spurs win NBA title)

2007 (Spurs win NBA title)

Tim Duncan's teams have never missed the playoffs and the only time his team has been ousted in the first round, he wasn't on the playoff roster....... 2000.

Duncan has never played on a playoff team that lost in the first round.

28 three Point shots in his career with a .186 3Point% He is 28 for 150 in regular and postseason combined Lifetime.
No he doesn't deserve it and I'm being honest.

His team is only 45-37 in the weak east and would only be #10 and lottery team if they are in the west.

If you are basing on stats then Kobe should have won it in the past 2 years specially when Kobe averaged 35.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.8 steals.
Not even close. I love the King and I think he's the second best player in the league (Kobe first), but what Chris Paul, Kobe and KG has done for their teams, and the fact that their teams have better records takes Lebron out of the conversation.
In a sense, his team wouldn't have a shot if it weren't for him, but then again you can say that about other teams too.

It's tough to tell, but I think Paul deserves MVP, he's sort of the same, where would his team be without him?
I think KG deserves MVP. Celtics were in the tank last season. They added KG and Ray Allen and now they have 60 wins. Ray Allen is good, but not that good. Adding KG is the main reason the Celtics have turned it around so much, so he deserves MVP in my book.
i think he was a contender for the mvp trophy until he started to say kobe deserved it.

i guess he was trying not to be selfish but the media took that and now they are saying lebron wants kobe to be mvp so kobe should be mvp.
of course i mean did u see his dunk against the wizards in the playoffs game 1. i mean talk about dunks. WOW that was awesome. he is by far the best player in the NBA right now and i think he should be MVP. He is perfect material and a great player
No. if he did Kobe Bryant should have been in 2005 %26amp; 2006.

His stats 35.4ppg kills lebrons easily. PLUS an 81point game.

This year kobe got the lakers on top of the hardest conference in NBA history. enuff said...
The meaning of MVP has changed. But the way I see it. without Kobe, the Lakers still challange for a playoff spot. Without LeBron the Cavs are not even in Cleveland anymore. So who is truely more Valuable to there franchise.
Yes he should..... He is only 23 and he has been in the NBA for 5 yrs, already a legend....... it takes a normal nba player all his career to even be mentioned. He earned every bit of the pts he got this yr....
Hell no...i mean he does have the stats but his team doesnt really have the record...any star in the league could put up 30 a game if nobody else on your team avg more than 15 a game...Kobe or KG should get it i think
If there were an award for Most Selfish Player, then, of course, Kobe would win it .... hands down. However, No player helps his team more than Lebron. He deserves it.
Kobe deserves the MVP this year!

Kobe has great stats and his team is #1 in the west to back it up!
No he doesn't..Here is the reason...Kobe has never won an MVP. He deseves it this year. Lebron has a heck of time left.
i want lebron to win...but honestly kobe deserves it more.....he showed a better performance as a single player and a team player....
Not this year, plus Cleveland hasn't improved this year.
If you're making a case for LeBJ, you're admitting Kobe was robbed 3 times already.
I "thonk" you should learn to type.

I don't care who gets it.
yeg nuahahoa
absolutly
I THONK. He might be the BEST player right now, but not MVP
No way.
If his team was a top 2 seed then probley
hell no.

he is overrated!
Forget Kobe. of kourse he dserves it
No, I don't.
no

CP3 is BeTtER
umm NO!!
No. This is who I think are top three in order:

1. Chris Paul

2. LeBron James

3. Kobe Bryant
