Why does LeBron James suck so much?

He just does lol

Why does LeBron James suck so much?nba street v3

hahahaha

i don't like lebron at all, but im not gonna deny the fact that he's just plain dirty on the court

Why does LeBron James suck so much?nba jam ,nba teams

Because people like you like to breath down his neck with negativity!
because he's Loser.
two of them are right lebron does not suck you cant get mentioned for mvp for sucking and you cant come out of high school avering 20.5.5 a game while sucking he is averiging 26.2 points per game 6.9 rebounds a game and 6.1 assist agame for 3/4 of the league that is a great game for them in one day let alone a whole season
I think his mother was half-vaccuum cleaner
OH no you didn't Le Bron James could kick your butt and even with a broken toe!
it's not Lebron that sucks it's the whole team that sucks. That ship is sinking fast and if Lebron doesn't get off soon and go somewhere else he's gonna go down with the ship
I don't think he suck but I also thinks he lacks that killer instinct that could truly make him great. He doesn't take over games like d-wade and he doesn't score in a clutch like Carmelo. Until he can do either or both he will never be great.
yall suck lebron can kick *** even with a blindfold.... Go CAVS
Bron Bron is the best since MJ hands down. No other player such as: Kobe, Garnett, McGrady have put up the numbers LeBron has in his first 4 years.

Lebron James has pulled a Rasheed?

Heard an interview on NBA.com, that Lebron Has guaranteed to not just beat the spurs, but SWEEP them. i'll post up the source as soon as i get it. Try looking through ESPS's videos..or Nba.com's. Crazy stuff.

Lebron James has pulled a Rasheed?nba hall of fame

I think Lebron was smokin too much of that purple haze that fool aint no Rasheed Wallace to be guranteeing anything he won't be able to get the first shot or last shot off in game 1 of the NAB Finals I'll give him something though he's 1 cocky mothaf**ka to be gauranteeing sh*it around shoot what he needs to do is top trying so hard to be like MJ and play his OWN style of basketball not the way MJ did his OWN oh and all his dunks and hand over hand moves where do ya think he got those moves from? MJ of course who else? Micheal Jackson I think not MJ should have his moves and signature dunks copyrighted so if Lebron perforems them he goes to prison for playjerising Micheal Jordan.

Lebron James has pulled a Rasheed?nba draft order ,nba teams

It won't be a sweep, but the Spurs will definitely get SPANKED!
What ever happens, I'll be watching. Go Spurs Go!!!
Lies
are you asking if this is a real report or if it is possible? my answer would be no to either question.
First, I think that report is a lie as it would be very hard to see that they will sweep the Spurs but I believe they can beat the spurs in 6. If ever Lebron said that; I believe he has his reasons as he is the King! Go Cavs!
NOOOOO!! Don't sink to that level LeBron. Don' do it! Please!?!?!?
What is wrong with that? Maybe he is giving confidence to that young team around him. And remember when Rasheed made the promise last year it came true!!!
LeBron hasn't made any guarantees. He would never do that against a great team like the Spurs. He has too much respect for them. Cavs definitely have a better shot then most people think. They're a good, young team, and when you have a guy like LeBron, you just never know what might happen. Go Cavs!!!
WoW.Im rooting for Cavs but i believe that LeBron is dreaming.

How many tattoos does lebron james have?

Why dont ppl like lebron james?

why do ppl give him weird nicknames like lebrick and lechoke, he hasnt done much wrong. btw dont compare him to kobe i jus want to know

Why dont ppl like lebron james?college

he gets way too much credit

Why dont ppl like lebron james?nba odds ,nba teams

maybe your question is why people dont like kobe?,

\media,low iq, loves lebron..,

and for your question.,

i don't hate lebron.,
he makes more money than the haters, and how could someone not love king James?
The same reason they put on Kobe Bryant
I wonder the same thing myself. LEBRON IS A BEAST END OF STORY. He got the best stats in the league and took his team to the finals last year with very little help and he still doesn't get any respect. Once he gets some help and the cavs win a championship then everyone will be Lebron lovers. But i think its cause he doesn't have that takeover mentality yet. He likes to get other players involved cause he's a team player but he doesn't have any good player around him to take advantage when he gets them the ball.
He is a phenomenal Basketball player hands down. However, he is not the best player in the game right now. He has too much room for improvement and concentration skills need to be verified. I like Lebron but give him two more years for complete establishment.
duesh and strong
This is just my opinion on the situation.

The thing that I think causes because to have a negative reaction towards Lebron is the fact that he is constantly being pushed by the media and the league as the next Jordan or better than Jordan. The problem with that is that the guy hasn't been in the league long enough to even be compared to the (arguably) the greatest player in the history of the game. Additionally, the thing that many people would consider Jordan's greatest achievement is that he won 6 NBA championships. Lebron hasn't won a single one, yet. Yes, he led his team to the finals last year, but people don't judge based on finals appearances. It is based on championships. Again, these aren't necessarily my opinions. I'm just answering your question as to why people feel this way.

Rate theese players from 1 to 10,(10 the highest) Kobe Bryant, Stephon Marbury,LeBron James?

Kobe Bryant-

Rating: 9/10

Why: Kobe is a great player....great defender, great shooter, can drive, and can win games. The reason i rated kobe an 9 is because, up to this point he really hasnt proved anything without Shaq. People say hes the best..and all this but until he can do what Michael Jordan did he will never be a perfect 10 in my eyes.

Stephon Marbury-

Rating: 6.5

Why: The person just doesnt want to flat out play.....look at Lebron James no one wants to help him out but he doesnt sit around and just plays to win all the time. Stephon Marbury needs to play with the team, hes just thinking about himself most of the time...his basketball abilty is great but if he would just put it out there on the foor 100% every night the knicks would have a consistent scorer other then Curry.

Lebron James-

Rating: 8.5

Why: Lebron is a great young player but until i see them do good in the playoffs(even though they beat my fav. team....The WIZARDS!!!). Hes improved over the years hes been in the NBA but still needs to work on his long range jumper....as soon as he works on that....its over for the NBA because no one would be able to stop him.

And come one you forgot the greatest player alive Gilbert Arenas lol

Rate theese players from 1 to 10,(10 the highest) Kobe Bryant, Stephon Marbury,LeBron James?nba history

OK, but we need references first.

Jordan:10

Guys who've spend half a year on the bench as their entire career: 1

Kobe: 8.5

Marbury: 7.5 (Great player, but can't seem to win, which really takes away from a PG)

James: 9 (He'll never match Jordan b/c Jordan got lucky with such a 'story-book' career. But he could be a more talented player. He's more talented than Mike was at 22.)

Rate theese players from 1 to 10,(10 the highest) Kobe Bryant, Stephon Marbury,LeBron James?nba trade ,nba teams

Kobe is a 6 beacause he is only a scorer. He doesnt amke the people around him better. Marbury used to be high but is around a 5 maybe now. He has his days. Lebron is an 8. What would put him higher would be is he could make game winners and make some free throws.
kobe-1

steph-7

lebron-9.99
kobe bryant:9

Lebron James:1o

Stephon Marbury;6
Kobe Bryant-9

Stephon Marbury-8

I dont rate 10's thats for the michael jordans and kareen abdul jabars.
kobe:0, lebron:0.5, and 1 for the other two.
Kobe would be 8.2

Marbury would be 7.1

LeBron would be 9.1
kobe - 9 (only his airness will ever be a 10)

Starsbury - 5 (at his best he could have been a solid 7 ... but)

LeBron - 7 (Overrated!!)

Stephon Marbury-8.5

I rated them on their overall skill, not their teams. LeBron WILL be 10 in a couple of years. I, Daniel Gibson, will be with LeBron and Kobe soon. You'll all see!!!!!
kobe - 8. lebron - 9. marbury - 6.
Kobe Bryant-0

Stephon Marbury-0

Did Lebron James or Carmelo Anthony go to college, if so which ones?kobe bryant ,nba teams

Carmelo is the one that went but obviously he didn't go to class much.
Lebron ais a POSER and sucks. Melo is a street thug crimnal. Sucks also. Oh..................KOBE is a loser..hehehehehe. All 3 of them are uneducated punks who passed their way on c's and d's to chase after the millions in the NBA.
they all went to USC .

naw im just playing. lebron went straight from high school but d-wade and anthony came from marquette and syracuse. but they also went to USC for a year but dropped out.
Lebron came straight out of HS in Ohio, and Carmelo went to Syracuse for only one year and won a Nat'l Championship under Jim Boehiem. The other star player from that 2004 Draft is Dwayne Wade who played 3 great years at Marquette.
Carmelo yeas lebron no.
Lebron James came straight out of high school.

Carmelo Anthony went to Syracuse for one year, and won the National Championship.

Who have the worst supporting cast, KOBE BRYANT or LEBRON JAMES?

I get sick and tired of the Kobe excuses! You Kobe jockers keep making excuses about Kobe's supporting cast!....Well look at Lebron! His cast is worst then Kobe's and he's in the Conference Finals! Lebron doesn't have anyone as good as Odom, Bynum, or Walton!.....This is proof that Lebron is better then Kobe!

KOBE BRYANT SUCKS!

p.s. I would be surprise if Lebron makes it to the NBA Finals! Just think. Last year the Pistons was a better team with Big Ben %26amp; Cleveland pushed them to a game 7, %26amp; on top of that during the series the Cavs had the Pistons facing elimination! Now that they don't have Big Ben I think it's a good chance for the Cavs to win!

KOBE BRYANT SUCKS!!!!!

Who have the worst supporting cast, KOBE BRYANT or LEBRON JAMES?nba

Yeah, for LeBron James to make his team go to the Eastern Conference Finals basically by himself, must show that he is a pretty good player. Kobe just can't seem to win. His supporting cast of Lamar Odom, Andrew Bynum, and Luke Walton is way better than LeBron's cast of... Zydrunas Ilgauskus? It goes to show everyone that King James is easily a better player than Kobe Bryant.

Who have the worst supporting cast, KOBE BRYANT or LEBRON JAMES?nhl ,nba teams

well kobe has a better supporting cast than lebron, but the lakers dont play fluid basketball by passing to each other and kobe is too selfish to pass to get his teammates involved to win games. lebron is averaging about 8 assists in the playoffs by getting the other team to pay attention to only him, and then passing to a teammate for an open shot.

for example, last night against the nets, one of lebrons teammates donyell marshall hit 6 threepointers in the game. kobe has a better cast, but he doesnt use them well.

and i wouldnt say that kobe sucks. hes the best scorer in todays game, but he isnt a good passer or rebounder to make himself a team player. every night he goes out to play its like himself only verses the other team. overall in scoring, passing, rebounding, stealing, blocking, field goal percentage, and turnovers, lebron is better.but in scoring kobe is better.

and i'm with u, i hope lebron and the cavs make it to the finals and beat the jazz or spurs! i hope this is their year to win it all!

GO CAVS!
Lebron has better people around him that's why they won 50 games.

Kobe had only guys that passes the ball to him with the exception of lamar odom.

tha's why he had two scoring titles in a row.
Lebron James has shown he can win playoff games and Kobe has not. Enough said.
both of their supporting cast are sad but lebron plays in the east and Kobe plays in the west and that says it all. If you switch those two conferences lebron would be at home and kobe would be in the conference finals. So this shows that lebron is not better the eastern conference is just sometimes eaiser to get by in during the playoffs.
I hate Kobe, but Lebron has a better supporting cast.
Agreed. Other superstars with a worst casts than that in history is T-Mac in Orlando and Kevin Garnett currently.

You took my question dude... I said, "Convince me that Lebron has a better cast than Kobe" and you stole this question. =p
First of all you aint right upstairs. Odom is about the only one the better than anyone else on the cavs. Zydrunas Ilgauskas and Drew Gooden are much better than anyone else on the lakers and Sasha Pavolivic is not too far behind. Kobe's got less to work with and the biggest difference between the two is that Kobe plays in the Western Conference which is by far the dominant conference, if the Lakers were healthy for a year and played in the East they would take the second seed just as easy as the Cavs did

Check the Stats, Compare Gooden to Brown, and Z to Bynum. Brons got the way better support

Why do you call Lebron james, "KING"?

I would like to know!has he won smthg yet? NO!

He's is the best scorer? NO

Best rebounder? MO

Most assist? NO

More points in the paints? NO

3 points shooter? NO

He is good? YES!

is he great? NO

Yes, he is in every commercial!

So, yeah, why "KING"?

Why do you call Lebron james, "KING"?nba players

"King James" looked like a peasant last night in game one against the Spurs when he ran into Tim "Dictator" Duncan. LOLOLOL

Why do you call Lebron james, "KING"?nba draft prospects ,nba teams

are u serious... calm down!!!!

why not?

he has transformed the cavs

2002-2003 season 17-65

2003-2004 season 35-47

2004-2005 season 42-40

2005-2006 season 50-32 entered playoffs

2006-2007 season 50-32 eastern conference champions

~what he has done for the cavs and the city of Cleveland in the few years is nothing far from AMAZING!

~oohh... and he's expected to become the best player to have ever played the game... by the time he leaves the NBA... Micheal Jordan will be fortunate enough to be mentioned in the same breath as LeBron...

~ohh... and hes humble and he is a team player... not selfish.. and never hesitates to pass...he WORKS TO IMPROVE THE TEAM!!!!

~his age... haahahha... he hasn't even started yet!!!!!!

~stop comparing him to other players... just watch him... and how he is improving each game he plays!!!

~i really don't understand how your saying all of this... he is a top scorer... rebounder and passer!

~yeahhhh... thats why he is the KING!

LONG LIVE THE KING!

rise up!

go cavs!
shut up he is better at 23 than half the people in the world combined INCLUDING YOU, you are the exact definition of a hater, he is not always gonna have a 48 point game, he has good games and bad games and you need to shut up and accept that he is GREAT
Ever heard of the King James version of the Bible?

A King James in England commissioned the translation in the early 1600s, I believe.
It's NOT because he's The King or anything

It IS part of Nike's ad campaign

They gave him the nickname %26amp; it helped him to become the star he is today %26amp; helps them sell more apparel.
Cause they think he is the next best thing and little do they know they are going to get swept by the Spurs then it will be queen James!!!!!!!
because his middle name is King in reality.
he's called the king because he's better then everyone on his team.
I don't get the reasoning here. Karl Malone has no scoring or rebounding titles, but he's a former MVP and current Hall of Famer because of his scoring and rebounding. He was #2 in both categories for many of his seasons, and people recognized that. Being #1 in one category isn't better than being a little further down the list in more than one category.

LeBron is a top scorer, rebounder and passer, which is a very rare combination. Michael Jordan and Oscar Robertson had a similar balance.

Who's gonna guard LeBron James from the Spurs? Do the Cavs have a chance?

They have NO CHANCE, and the SPurs will use multiple defensive sets and guys on him to confuse the heck out of the CAVS.

PJ Careslimo, the Spurs defensive Coach, is acknowledged as one of the best in the league, and he is proving it again in this series.

Who's gonna guard LeBron James from the Spurs? Do the Cavs have a chance?nba teams

BOWEN... most likely...

they do have the chance of winning... but not the championship...

experience will kill them... this will be a good lesson for them, a stepping stone... for the coming more years...

spurs still has this game...

Who's gonna guard LeBron James from the Spurs? Do the Cavs have a chance?nba playoff bracket ,nba teams

Bruce Bowen.

Yes, a chance.
bruce and manu, yes they have a chance. The warriors beat the mavs 3 out of 3 times in the regular season and they said it wouldnt matte that the mavs would still win and they didnt. the cavs beat the spurs 2 out of 2 in the season and I can assure you it will matter, thewy have all the chances in the world
bowen is doing a good job
im sure the spurs will have bruce bowen do whatever it takes to get Lebron off the floor.Popavich will give bowen the cutthroat signal and then you know what happens next.
MORE LIKE DO THE SPURS HAVE A CHANCE !!!!!!!!!EH
I feel they have a good chance, they're high on emotion, and they must feel good being 2-0 against the Spurs in the regular season. I'm not sure if they will win but it wouldn't suprise me
Nobody can guard LeBron, except maybe Bowen. Even then, the Cavs don't have a chance.
The whole team.
LeBron will probably average close to 40 points each game but no one else on the Cavs team will even come close. If somehow Bowen or any of the other Spurs can slow LJ down then Cleveland will get swept. You'll see how LeBron will get alot of weak fouls because that's what it's always like that for the Spurs. I just hope that Cleveland will take their medicine like men and not cry like all the other teams the Spurs have whipped up on.
think no one can guard lebron but help and switching schemes can muck his game up. Of course the cavs have a chance. Those who think spurs winning games 1 and 2 if that comes to pass might recall that detroit did a similar thing, and games 3-5 would be in cleveland if necessary, no game 5 back to the hometeam-advantage team. Who can begin to say until 3 or 4 games are in the books, really? duncan could blow out a knee or bowen could be arrested for assault on the court flagrant 2 or something. It would be premature to make a series conclusion based only on game 1.
the two games the Cavs and Spurs during the season the Cavs won both of them
Bowen will be on him and sadly I don't think the cavs have much of a chance.......
i assume there is gonna be a rotation of bruce bowen, michael finley and probably francisco elson. they also have one of the nbas best defenders in tim duncan in the post. If Lebron can give them at least 20 a game, and their role players start hitting some shot(besides daniel gibson) they have a good chance. Their defense will keep them in it too
3 out of the 5 guys on the floor is the spurs best chance. the cavs will win only if the other players besides lebron can make their shots. GO CAVS!
Did You really have to ask?
dirty bowen will do the guard lebron. i just hope lebron watch out for the knee.
Bruce Bowen and no the Cavs are just not as talented as the Spurs. It's over baby!!!! Let the Cleveland Riots begin.
I do believe it will be Bruce Bowen. However, don't count out a team effort on that end.

The Cavs will win games in the Finals. Will they win 4 games? No way.
Bruce Bowen. The Cavs have a slim to none chance.
no one man it takes several switches help defense rotate flush to corners yes big fundamental say get that crap out of here man im duncan chances hell yes last year miami lose lose stink everyone say sweep mavs is so good then yes you know already travel win win win haha mavs travel win again we get rings you dont no ring for kobe either who needs him im shaq and kobe he lose on christmas always we beat him he makes big points and lose dont be like him just say no to being selfish gotta go ride in cop car now bye im shaq
bowen, maybe they will win in game 4 but its definitely spurs championship.
I hope the Cavs whoop them in 4. I would love to see king James get his ring.
Lebron? I think there are alot of other players on the cavs that need to be gaurded. I don't know if you saw game six of the ECF. Lebron hardly contributed. Botton Line. The Cavs are going to win the CHIPSHIP
ethier Mano Ganoble or Miceal Finaly and cavs will only win one game in that series
Bruce Bowen will have that duty but the cavs might have a chance fi the bench can give him some help
Go Cavs!!!!!!

RISE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bruce Bowen, Michael Finlay

a good chance
I think bruce bowen can guard him

yeah the cavs still have a chance
Bruce Bowen.

the cavs doesnt have any chance..hahahaha

Aren't Lebron James' highlights boring?

He does the same dunks over and over again. Most of his highlight come from fast breaks. When Jordan had his best highlights he would fly over half court defenses which is so much more difficult to do especially in the 90s era when defenses were more physical. Lebron is just stronger so he can throw down with more authority.

Aren't Lebron James' highlights boring?nfl

Can't be too boring considering your watching them and commenting on them.

Aren't Lebron James' highlights boring?nba power rankings ,nba teams

No they aren't boring but they are exciting and great to watch
He needs to get some new dunks..

I have never seen him ever do a 360.
They're not boring to me. You shouldn't compare LeBron to Jordan or anyone else. He's who he is. I like his smile, talent, %26amp; support he gives his entire team.
A little.
yeah they're boring

everyone's just trying to push Lebron down our throats so he can be the next Michael Jordan in terms of commercial success
Well they might be boring hes just throwing it down... and getting the points and doing his job.... He said like 2 years ago that he will enter a dunk contest.... but Im still waiting for him to enter and see what he can do.....
yeah all he does is that thing when he takes the ball back and then slams it, im not saying its bad but it is really getting boring!!! Michael Jordan is not human!! stylish dunks
NOPE/ he is the best in the NBA.. get used to the future

Who will hold the biggest legacy, Lebron James, Kobe Bryant, or Dwayne Wade?

A player who can create a legacy is a player who is the most polorizing individual. Lebron James is a extremely great player with incredible skills at an early age and Dwayne wade is a very skilled player and a has the toughness in terms of his size. However, those two players are not as polorizing as Kobe Bryant. You can argue that those two players can be better than kobe in terms of skills but Kobe Bryant will be the most famouse NBA player when he retires. How many anti Lebron do we have? How many anti Wade do we have? Kobe Bryant has thousands of fans and thousands of anti fans. Nobody moved the dial like Kobe because people who love him wanted to watch him succeed and people who hated him wanted to watch him fail. People who pick Lebron or Wade for your answer are just fans. Kobe Bryant legacy might be bigger than Jordan when he retires if he end up winning rings without Shaq. No player in the history of the NBA has the same amount of fans and enemies as Kobe.

Who will hold the biggest legacy, Lebron James, Kobe Bryant, or Dwayne Wade?golf

Kobe cause he scores over 55 points per game now in days.

Who will hold the biggest legacy, Lebron James, Kobe Bryant, or Dwayne Wade?nba teams ,nba teams

Kobe because it is tough for a player to win a Championship no matter how skilled a superstar is.
Kobe has more rings as of now.
Lebron is jusr getting into this, so he has time, for right now Kobe wins hands down, he is a awesome ball player. good question
Kobe Bryant...
wade and James are starting one and Kobe already has on so Kobe wins... For now.
Kobe because he has won a championship. LeBron defense is too bad. Dwayne legacy may be good cause he plays like MJ and he was on Poeple most 50 beatuful in the world. But ovrall Kobe cause 82 point and his rape trails
LEBRON James Hands down look at what he has done to the CAVS and what he is still doing for the Cavs remember who

KOBE had and also who WADE has no LEBRON will put up number and also help people get better around him so hands down LEGRON will have the biggest Legacy
Kobe is definately the best NOW, but no doubt LeBron's time has come, when he retires, he will no doubt have a bigger legacy
neither, MJ will forever reign.

plus, he earned his millions, and wasnt "bought by" them...

If LEBron James had Dwane wade and vince carter on his team do you think they could have won the fin

If Frosted Flakes had less sugar would they still be GRRRREAT......not a good question.

If LEBron James had Dwane wade and vince carter on his team do you think they could have won the finals?lebron james

Yes, Wade at PG, Carter SG, James SF, Gooden F, "Z" C

They cant double team wade, carter, and james at the same time. And we know when these superstars are playing 1on1, no one can guard them.

Atkers and good rebounders

a good defensive team cant slow them down

If LEBron James had Dwane wade and vince carter on his team do you think they could have won the finals?nba live 2008 ,nba teams

No,but at least it would be entertaining
Well D.Wade and Carter play the same position and Carter's second position is LeBron's position so I dunno if you could have them all on the same team.
Wade=Yes

Wade+Carter= Disaster
With that lineup, there's no doubt. There's only one Bruce Bowen.

PG - Dwyane Wade

SG - Vince Carter

SF - LeBron James

PF - Drew Gooden

C - Zydrunas Ilgauskas

That'd be the best team in the NBA.
yes this isnt even a question lol
DUH!! They would have done great because they are great players.
YES!
Yes. With the Trio scoring 60-80 points a game, and even if Ilgauskas is playing center, I believe the Cavs could win.
No. They're all pretty much the same player (though Carter is not as good). There'd still be no one to defend Parker or Duncan. Change Vince Carter to Dwight Howard and then they could win.
No. There is not a team that you could put together made up of Eastern Conference players that could beat the Spurs in a 7 game series.
I don't think the chemistry would work that much as VC likes to shoot a lot but it would be very fun to watch. I believe if DWade was with the Cavs during the finals; they would've won but adding VC into the mix i think is not gonna help the team chemistry. I just hope the Spurs retire as a team so that the NBA will be exciting again to watch and enjoy.
No beause the mere fact is that they don't have any good man in the middle (what was Ilgauskas doing?) and at the same time their chemistry as a team is still not that defined. (just look at San Antonio) If you put these two guys with Lebron, it still wouldn't have solved Cleveland's problems against San Antonio
you see. your only thinking about offense. defense is the best offense. you need defensive players in there. so no.
no. there all the same cept for carter forward and maybe they would b selfish during that they need PF people assume SG are the best cuz well all the players that are SG are famous and amazing but they dun do it all
i dont know if they would win, but they would have put up a good fight. Most of the teams that lost to the Spurs only had one big threat. this means no one else to open up the floor to help spread the defense. Even Micheal Jordan needed Pippen to spread the floor. Now if you have 3 scoring threats on a team it will be on the coach to keep the defense guessing who is going to score. The problem i see with this is defense. thats the deciding factor, if Tony isnt hot you gotta watch out for duncan if not ducan then you got the other cast...if not them you gotta watch out for the basics (pick n roll).

In all i think with a good coach they could fight hard...I mean even the knicks with sprewell, huston and camby had there run. why cant 3 of the leagues leading scorers....
Wade would have made a difference, perhaps two games and the series goes 6. Carter would have just given them another player like Lebron
no, playoffs is always about big men, no dominating inside

player than you don't win.

Is lebron james in his prime going to be as good as michael jordan in his prime?sporting goods

I suspect so, though he has a different style of play.

Triple called it right - Magic.

Is lebron james in his prime going to be as good as michael jordan in his prime?nba hall of fame ,nba teams

He will be very good. It is tough to compare sporting figures from different eras.
Hard to say whether LeBron is going to be as good as Michael Jordan as almost every superstar who has been a winner has usually had another Hall of Fame type superstar on the team and a bunch of good role players like Jordan had Pippen with support from guys named Cartwright, Longley, Rodman, Paxson, Kerr, and the list of names could go on and on.

Who does LeBron have around him?

Maybe LeBron could start with either a NBA ring, which requires a good team, or at least a NBA scoring title, which requires exceptional individual talent, to begin to put LeBron in Jordan's league. This way if LeBron ever won a NBA ring, a NBA defensive player of the year award, a NBA MVP award, a NBA MVP Finals award, a NBA ring, or a NBA scoring title, then there might be some comparison between different eras if anyone thinks that Jordan retiring in 2003 played in a totally different era from the 2003 NBA rookie LeBron.
Lebron is certainly one of the best in the game today and has a chance to go down as one of the best 50 all time. But it is hard to predict after only 4 years if he will be the best 2 or 3 players of all time, which is what he would need to be to be considered as good as Jordan.
Lebron should not be compared to MJ. He is more Majic Johnson or Oscar Robertson than anyone else.
i don't think he should be compared to mj either. he is not as good as mj and i don't think he ever will be. he will get better as he gets older but there are very few that could have any chance of matching the success of mj. and he doesnt have a coach as good as mj had to lead him to so many championships that left mj such a star.
I don't know, if he keeps getting better he will be.
not even michael jordan can be as good as jordan in his prime........besides, he won't even be better than KOBE24
Lebron is lebron and will be compared to himself ,noone in the NBA right now can hold a candle to micheal jordan .The greatest to ever play the game.
I dont think we'll ever see Lebron average more than 30 points a game consistently in his career because he isnt that type of player. he likes to pass to open teammates and improve their game.

i dont think there will ever be another Jordan. lets just hope Lebron can make a name for himself so one day, people will ask if there will be another lebron
lebron should never be compared to best of all time he can be compared by wade kobe but jordan is the king of all time nobody is goin to take that away from him
I agree. They are not the same type of player.

Does anyone why Lebron James quit playing football in high school.?

LeBron was a great wide receiver for St. Vincent-St. Mary, but he was head and shoulders above everyone else in basketball. He just realized where his true talent was and went with it. He played football through his senior year, BTW.

Does anyone why Lebron James quit playing football in high school.?basketball

well, i'd say cuz he's better at bball

besides, nbaers make wayy more money if they're good at it

Does anyone why Lebron James quit playing football in high school.?hockey ,nba teams

so he could focus on being the next jordan
makes more money playing basketball
U cant be a superstar at both sports. If u wanna be good u have to give ur all, ur heart, ur mind, ur body to game. He did it cause he loved basketball more.
Lebron was one of the best WR's in the nation, but wanted to play basketball more, his decision was based mainly on these things: 1) less chance of an injury in b-ball 2) more money and endorsements 3) he could go straight to the pro's in b-ball, but in f-ball you have to playcollegeand there's a chance for injury
simply put, he knew where he could be more of an outstanding player. also he knew where less injury was going to be.

he was smarter than Charlie Ward. Ward was a better quarterback but he chose basketball because it was his favorite. He could have been something in the NFL. Now people are like Charlie who? Brown?

James made the smartest decision. It is his better sport.
Most likely so that he could focus on basketball. With basketball, he had much less of a chance of getting hurt, and he could enter the NBA straight out of high school and make pretty good money, whereas with the NFL he would have had to go to college.

LeBron probably could have been an amazing professional football player, but sometimes you have to pick a focus and stick with it, and LeBron has been very successful doing just that.
He's better at basktball
He figured he could be great in either, but since there's a bigger chance of injury playing football, he chose basketball.
Cuz he's awesome at basketball and probably could make more money off of it.
He was a star on his team. But he quit so he could have more time to practice/play basketball.
I dont know and i dont care
Lebron James can do what he wants. He probably loved basketball more so he wanted to be more committed to it. But I bet if he wanted to he could of went pro in football too but he wouldn't of been as good.

Dywane Wade, Steve Nash, Kobe Bryant, or Lebron James to build a team around?

Key Phrase here is Build a team around

a guy like Nash relies heavily on what his surrounding team can do and the playing style. He's not going to be anybodies go to guy and is pathetic in the clutch hitting under 10% the last 5 years when it matters.

Wade and Kobe are both clutch players but have been somewhat injury prone as Kobe has a lot of miles on him and Wade takes it to the rim without regard for his body.

The guy I'd start a team with, Can Score, Rebound, Pass, play multiple positions, and do pretty much anything you need from him. He's also only 22 years old and is still looking at 15 good years left in the NBA and hasn't entered his prime yet. The smart answer is LeBron James. He's been the best by age of any player ever, do you really want to miss out on his prime?

Dywane Wade, Steve Nash, Kobe Bryant, or Lebron James to build a team around?

Steve ,lebron, and kobe. steve can make any team good. lebron is doin pretty well with the cavs without any help so he's a good leader. not really dywane wade cuz he's still Inexperienced so i'd say wait another season maybe two and you'll have a really good leader right there. and of coarse kobe . y the heck are peaple saying he's still a ball hog?! he was a ball hog his first couple seasons but that's changed! especially this year. he takes less shots and averages more assits. he is brining the lakers back. without any major help. there's lamar but he's not really good yet. people who say he's still a ball hog probably don't watch his games at all. cuz i watch every game and compare them to clips i saw of him a couple seasons ago and he definetly isnt a ball hog anymore. i mean just cuz i guy scores 81 people label him as a ball hog.

Dywane Wade, Steve Nash, Kobe Bryant, or Lebron James to build a team around?nba live 2006 ,nba teams

I'd probably pick Lebron...but you wouldn't go wrong with any of them except Kobe. He's just out for himself, and wouldn't make his teammates any better...and they'd end up resenting him.

Nash is the best pure point guard of the bunch. Lebron is a good point guard...not as good as Nash, but a better scorer. Wade's probably more offense oriented, but will still play within the confines of a team offense.

Kobe, of course, is just jack 'em up Sally...and screw the rest of you guys.
Kobe and Nashole are aging. I'd take Wade, he plays better defense then lebron
lebron
Steve Nash has proven to be a MVP player. He changed the Phoenix Suns' game chemistry %26amp; turned the team around in his 1st year. He made his teammates better %26amp; improved the team overall.

Wade, Kobe, %26amp; LeBron are superstar players, but not like Nash.
Lebron of course still young.
none of em because Dwayne doesnt share the ball enough, same as lebron and kobe, and Nash is getting old. But out of those Probably steve nash.
Not Kobe but any of the other three
I would say either Steve Nash or Dwyane Wade cause they are both great players even though I hate the heats and Suns. I luv the Dallas Mavericks and I would pick Dirk Nowitski to build a team around!
Nash. One of the greatest playmakers that I have seen. Unparallelled court-vision.
I would definitely take my boy LeBron...

D-wade is great and is proving it right now... he is quick, passes the bal alot, makes nice shots and doesn't force them... But he relies on his teammates a little too much... he doesn't create plays, he's simply part of them, and shaq is that teams leader, the only leader besides Zo on that team...

-Steve Nash is a great point guard, by far the best in the league... But his point total is too inconsistent with his assist numbers, i'd rather have jason kidd than this guy, because j kidd actually grabs 7-12 rebounds a game... but Nash's passing ability makes him the best point, not all around point, the best guard... Isn't that why their named a "point" guard.... to score more than the pass...

-Kobe Bryant before this season no chance in hell.... But this season's new brand, #24 Kobe, I'd consider it... He passes the ball more this year and is avg... a solid 6-7 a game.... point wise he is in the high twenties... but when you look at his past and his ego, what wouldyou do if you got another franchise player in that locker room... another robert horry, shaq, malone, payton... the reason he is soo good rite now is because he is with players that are being developed and he is teaching them to be mini kobe's...

-LeBron is the man... He came in to the league with all the hype saying he is the next michael jordan... Man is he proving it not only now but a glimpse in his first year... He avg last year 31.6ppg, 7.1rpg, and 6.9 apg... that was un heard of... he isn't doing as well this year but i would take him in a second because he lived up to the pressure and performed in it, taking the cavs in his rookie season from being 17-54 the year before to 44-44 missing the playoffs by a game to the 76ers.... and then the following year making it, and then last year by forcing the defending Eastern conference champs to 7 gamesin the 2nd round of the playoffs... Now he is surrounded by nba players and he get's along with them great... so he is my ideal spokesperson, future hall of famer and leader/player of my franchise.
why leave out dirk? he's helping josh howard, devin harris, etc get a lot better... almost all-star level (howard)
Definitely Kobe Bryant.
Nash because Lebron and Kobe are ball hogs and Wade is still to young yet
D-Wade all the way!

So next year who do you think will be the MVP. Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James,

I'm thinking Chris Paul.

So next year who do you think will be the MVP. Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Kevin Gntfootball

If he stays healthy, Chris Paul. I seriously think it wouldve gone either way this year between Chris Paul and Kobe. CP could get 2-3 more MVP trophies in the years to come with the way he is playing. Last year, he was hurt most of the season, and look at how his team did. A healthy Chris Paul.. just look at the Hornets season, that speaks for itself. The key is for him to stay healthy, that's my only concern. He got all the tools to be a really great player with his amazing talent and skills. But what sets him apart is he's a great individual player AND a great TEAM player. An MVP has to be both.

There's a difference between carrying a team and making your teammates better. But if you can do both, that's MVP material.

So next year who do you think will be the MVP. Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Kevin Gntlakers ,nba teams

I'm thinking Kobe again because ... He will have his stats and They will have Bynum and Pau from the starts .. so they should be able to win like 65 games ... so its really hard to not to give it to Kobe when has good stats and 65 game wins or w/e

LOL Kobe is 2nd best ATM ?? ha ha you are funny .. don't get fooled by those stats!!!!!!!!
For sure Lebron James. No doubt. How long can the best player in the league go without winning an MVP. The 2nd best got his MVP this year and the best will get his next year. Lebron will average a 32-9-8 next year.
well if dwight howard averages 20 points and say 15 rebounds and his team does better...him all the way.the 3 young people with the brightest futures are:lbj,cp3,dwight.

dwight ALL THE WAY.HE DA BOMB
The Only reason why kobe got MVP CAUSE HE BEEN IN THE GAME A WHILE AND NEVER GOT IT... NEXT YEAR IS CHRIS PAul!!!
LEBRON JAMMMESSSSS!!!!! (heh)
I'm thinkin LeBron James!
im gonna say dwight howard. for some reason, i think he's gonna have a monster year next season
Chris Paul or LeBron James.

.
lebron james or chris paul. i personally go for lebron james cos he's da best

Is lebron james all about athleticism??

i notice that when it comes to crunch time, james always drive to the basket and sometimes he drives and dishes it out to a teammate. i wonder why he rarely takes outside shots in this kinds of situation. mj and kobe always takes jump shots when its winning time..

Is lebron james all about athleticism??www.nba

That's because Lebron James is a very poor shooter!

He has only 31% 3-Point FG in the regular season and 29% 3-point FG in the playoff.

He has only 71% Free-Throw in the regular season and only 69% Free-Throw in the playoff.

Lebron James is a very poor shooter but he is very good when it comes to layups and dunks taking advantage of his athleticism.

Is lebron james all about athleticism??nba players ,nba teams

Why doesnt he take outside shots in crunch time? Because he's not MJ or Kobe. He is a bad shooter for a guy with all that atheleticism. He would have a better chance driving it to the basket. That's what he does best.
lebron is one of the best athlete ever to enter the NBA so why wouldn't he use that athletecism?
he can't be faulted for going for a higher percentage shot. whats next? dunking so much coz he could jump so high?
the man is very athletic
because he knows his not reggie miller

Who is the best, KOBE BRYANT, ALLEN IVERSON, or LEBRON JAMES(who's first, second, and third)?nba 2k

Depends upon the criteria being used (e.g. potential v. accomplishments v. team v. individual).

First: Kobe -- three championships (with Shaq, who has zero without Kobe), and an amazing scorer.

Second: Iverson -- there isn't a tougher player in the NBA

Third: Lebron -- he may be the most talented player of the three, but he's still potential more than accomplishments.

thank you for the question!!!!!!! gracie again! Iverson of course.... If you only knew his background.... well it's my pleasure to give you some idea! read this as I summarize his life

Allen Ezail Iverson, sometimes referred to as A.I (June 7, 1975, Hampton, Virginia) is an American professional basketball player. He is an All-Star point guard/shooting guard for the National Basketball Association's Philadelphia 76ers franchise. At the relatively young age of 30, he is already considered by many to be among the greatest players in recent memory.

Allen Iverson was born in Newport News, Virginia (like other star athletes Michael Vick and Aaron Brooks). While attending Bethel High School in Hampton, Iverson was a spectacular all-around athlete who was regarded as one of the top high school quarterbacks in the country as well as excelling in basketball. As quarterback he lead his team to the Virgina State Championship. After high school Iverson concentrated on basketball, receiving a scholarship to Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where he played for legendarycollegecoach John Thompson.

Later known as "A.I." or "The Answer," and the criminal. Allen Iverson was originally selected with the first pick (1 overall) in the 1996 NBA Draft by the Philadelphia 76ers and has led the team in scoring ever since. As a rookie he quickly gained national popularity for a famous left-to-right crossover dribble which caused some defenders, most notably Michael Jordan, to stumble awkwardly. At just 6'0" and a skinny 165 pounds (1.83 m, 75 kg), Iverson employs his superior quickness, virtuoso ball handling ability, and massive heart to single-handedly carry his team on his back.

He had his best season in 2001, leading the NBA in scoring, winning the NBA Most Valuable Player Award, and reaching the NBA Finals. In these finals, the 76ers faced a powerful Los Angeles Lakers squad that featured Shaquille O'Neal and Kobe Bryant. The Lakers had reached the final series undefeated throughout the playoffs, and most of the basketball world expected the Lakers to easily handle the 76ers. But Allen Iverson carried his team to a shocking overtime victory in the series opener in Los Angeles, and nearly upset the Lakers again in game two. The Lakers went on to win the series in five games, thanks to LA's stars Shaquille O'neal and Kobe Bryant.

The NBA changed several rules during the off-season, and allowed zone defenses. These new rules have since limited Iverson's effectiveness somewhat, but he was still able to lead the NBA in steals and minutes played while maintaining his high scoring output. In fact, Iverson has led the NBA in scoring four times (1998-99, 2000-01, 2001-02, and 2004-05,) and, in the process, has tied George Gervin for the third-most scoring titles. He only trails Wilt Chamberlain and Michael Jordan.

On February 12, 2005, Iverson scored a career-high 60 points against the Orlando Magic. He had lavishly praised then-76ers head coach Larry Brown, often saying that he would not have reached the heights that he has in the sport without Brown's guidance. He had a love-hate relationship with Brown, however. After the 76ers were defeated in the first round of the 2002 NBA playoffs, Brown criticized Iverson for missing team practices. Iverson later held a press conference in which he said: "We're talking about practice. We're not even talking about the game, the actual game, when it matters. We're talking about practice."

Iverson later reunited with Brown as a member and co-captain of the 2004 USA Olympics basketball team. However, they were only able to win the bronze medal. A gold medal had been expected. Iverson, along with teammate LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers, were benched during a game, when they were late to a practice session. The United States team had a dismal start against Germany who had failed to qualify for the Olympic competition. However Iverson kept the game from going into overtime with a miraculous half-court shot in the closing seconds. In 2003, Allen Iverson was ranked 53rd on SLAM Magazine's Top 75 NBA players of all time.

Controversy

Allen Iverson has been a controversial figure, dating back to his teenage years, including having trouble with the law.

1993

One highly publicized incident that jeopardized hiscollegecareer involved his role in a fight between black and white patrons at a bowling alley. On Febuary 14, 1993, Iverson and several of his friends were involved in a fight with a group of white teenagers. During the fight, Iverson allegedly attacked a woman, hitting her in the head with a chair. He was arrested, along with three of his friends. Iverson was convicted of three felony charges and received a sentence of 15 years in prison. After serving just five months, Iverson received a pardon from Virginia governor Douglas Wilder. Ultimately, the Virginia Court of Appeals overturned the conviction.

1997

Iverson was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and for possession of marijuana. He pleaded no contest and was sentence to community service.

2002

Iverson allegedy threw his wife Tawanna out of the mansion during a fight. It's further claimed that the following night, an enraged Iverson later went looking for his wife at his cousin's apartment. According to the police report, Iverson repeatedly threated to kill his cousin Charles Jones and Jones's roommate while showing them a semiautomatic gun. Iverson was arrested and charged with 14 different counts. All charges were ultimately dropped after the witnesses refused to testify.

Rap music

Iverson also released a rap album named 40 Bars under the alias "Jewels". The cover of the album featured Iverson holding a large pile of diamonds in his hands. However, Iverson eventually scrapped plans to continue his musical career. Off the court Allen Iverson raps when he can. He much likes the term "Gangster".

2005

Iverson's 30th birthday created even more havoc against Ashton Kutcher on June 7, 2005. Iverson was initially denied entry to his own birthday party (which was held at the Garden of Eden Club in Los Angeles) by a bouncer who told him that he couldn't enter because one of President's daughters and the Secret Service were inside the club. (To make the situation look even worse for Iverson, the bouncers did admit former child star Todd Bridges.) According to some people, Iverson reacted "true to his expletive-filled on-court persona," at one point shouting, "I didn't vote for her!" When he was Punk'd by Kutcher, Iverson laughed it off, then he successfully played the same prank on another guest, this time keeping Indiana Pacers' forward-center Jermaine O'Neal out from his birthday party. It was aired on MTV on July 3, 2005.

Opinions of Iverson's basketball ability

There are many different opinions on Allen Iverson the basketball player. While he scores lots of points, he also shoots a below average field goal percentage. Iverson is sometimes criticized as being a ball hog, especially early in his career. As of now his career field goal percentage is 41.9. This low field goal percentage can be accounted for by the lack of high quality team mates; Iverson is often double and triple-teamed because opponents game plan for stopping Iverson and not his team mates. He improved his shot selection, and is a better, and more alert passer than he was earlier in his career. He is now one of the best mid-range jump shooters in the league, where he is oft to pull up 15 feet from the basket near the top of the key. When he drives to the basket, he is extremely good at laying the ball up high off the glass in order to avoid getting blocked.

Iverson is currently in the midst of somewhat of a renaissance - enjoying the best season of his career. His field goal percentage is over 46%, the highest it has been in years, and he is neck-and-neck with Kobe Bryant for the leading scorer in the NBA, averaging over 33 points per game and over 7 assists a game (good for 3rd in the NBA this season).

He has also emerged as one of the United States' most important members of the Olympic basketball team. In the 2004 Olympic games in Athens, Greece, Iverson was one of the few bright spots in what was otherwise a disappointing showing. While many other players such as Carmelo Anthony and Tim Duncan either complained about playing time or played poorly, he had a fabulous Olympics, led the team in scoring, and served as the co-captain of the team. This was particularly ironic considering he almost wasn't even invited to participate.

While others, such as Tim Duncan, have quickly declined the invitation to play in the 2006 Olympics, he has made it clearly known that he considers it an honor to play for his country, and will be there for any and all international competition.

Also worth noting is that Iverson rarely lays the ball up using his left hand. He often resorts to spinning his entire body around to lay the ball up with his right hand on the left side of the basket. Despite this deficiency, defenders are unable to stop this move. Iverson is also very good at using his elbows to create space while turning the corner around a defender as he drives to the basket.

Iverson has very long arms, so this creates a lot of space. Iverson is also known for being one of the best defenders in the game, averaging two and a half steals per game.

NBA dress code controversy

On October 17, 2005, NBA commissioner David Stern instituted a mandatory dress code for all NBA players. Stern's edict stated that all players must dress in conservative attire while acting within the purview of their employment by an NBA franchise in public, or when acting as a representative of the league in public.

Stern banned what critics and supporters call "hip-hop culture"-related attire such as throwback jerseys, jeans, hats, t-shirts, large items of jewelry, and Timberland boots. Punishment for violations would include fines and possible suspensions for repeat violations.

Iverson, Tim Duncan, the Indiana Pacers' Stephen Jackson and the Boston Celtics' Paul Pierce countered that Stern's dress code would not change a person's character regardless of what type of clothing they wore, and that associating hip-hop styles of dress with violent crime, drugs, or a bad image is racist. Many players and pundits contend that David Stern is hypocritical considering that the NBA exploits the culture when it suits them. For instance, the advertising of many prominent NBA sponsors, such as Nike, Reebok, Puma and Adidas were heavily influenced by hip-hop culture.

Who would be the better boxer? LeBron James, Kobe Bryant or Allen Iverson?

Boxer would probably Lebron, but in a fight.....

Lebron is a big mother f'er that can steam roll you, plus his mom got his back.

Kobe will jump over you then rape you like he's rapping all the Kobe haters.

AI will pull a gun out and bust a cap in your ***

hmm.... I would have to go with A.I. He's too gangster.

BTW go Lakers!

It' sure wouldn't be Carmello Anthony...he doesn't know how to punch
lebron- he has the most muscle

if your going by different weight classes
Lebron. Stop with these dumb questions anyways
I would say iverson.. Ya Lebron is the first choice because of his size but speed is everything when it comes to boxing. And Iverson I could see him being able to do some damage in the proper weight class.
james
True w/ the dumb question's. Ill answer this last one.

First Lebron looks like he can take anyone down.

Kobe might be the quicker of the 2, but would cry as soon

as anyone gets close to damaging his face.

Allen Iverson looks like he could also resembling a crack/pimp hoe dealer. W/ his smaller stature he probably wouldn't do much boxing against either one. He'd pull out a shank, shankity shank shank... lol..

If lebron james went to the lakers would they be undefeated?

no team is ever going to go undefeated even if you remove the risk of injury to key players

on any given day a team can beat another as every team has talent on it

the team would be very good though

If lebron james went to the lakers would they be undefeated?nba playoff bracket

No. Even with Lebron they wouldnt' be undefeated. No team has ever gone undefeated and I don't believe that will ever happen, even with Kobe and Lebron on one team.

If lebron james went to the lakers would they be undefeated?nba trade rumors ,nba teams

Not possible. That's like asking if R Kelly and Micheal Jackson will ever do a duet together.
No because Lebron is sorry.
definitely lebron drives very well and shoots no matter how many people guards him. He passes well to he could pass it to kobe and kobe shoots it anywhere. they would be the no.1 team in nba if that happens.
they would definitively be a solid team, but its difficult to tell how good. just because you have two superstars on a team, there is no guarantee that the chemistry would work. It could turn out like it has so far with melo and A.I. in Denver, and they are two of the top scorers in the NBA
no
No team will go undefeated in the season even if they have very good talented players on their team. If LBJ is with the Lakers than the Lakers would be unstoppable. If they double team kobe and LBJ will make them pay and vice versa. The Lakers would be a very good team, but it also depends on their role players too.
If Lebron played with the Lakers WITHOUT Kobe they'll go undefeated!....LMAO! Kobe Sucks!
probably, they will at least 60 games in a season...they will win the title of course...Kobe and lebron is a heck of a tandem..
I don't think they would go undefeated...but they would be winning alot of chips.Maybe LBJ will leave Clev. and move out west.

MJ and Scottie all over again.
not undefeated but they would be one hell of a team
No team in the NBA will ever go undefeated. Remember, there are 82 games, not like football.

Who is better? LeBron James, Carmello Anthony, Chris Bosh, or Dwyane Wade?lebron james ,nba teams

LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh, Mello
I say 1. D. Wade is better than all of them before the injury but in time he will recover fully and he and his team will pull it together and win another championship. 2. Lebron would be second, he still has a lot of work to do even though he won MVP in the all star game, that doesen't change the fact that he shot a air ball in the game.3. Carmelo is a great player and he has a lot of talent and time to mature and grow into the game. 4. Chris Bosh has at least 3 years to get to his prime.
king james, wade, melo, bosh
LEBRON!!!

Dwayne

Chris

Carmello
Right Now:

1.Lebron James (who should stop hiding from the dunk contest.)

2. Dwayne Wade (Who definitlley robbed a starting spot in the all star roster from my man Billups.)

3. Chris Bosh (Who's neck really looks like a Raptor.)

4.Carmelo Anthony ( And my boy Melo who problably has the biggest shooting range then all of three of them, is gonna be very successful in the talented Mile High City based Nuggets)

10 years from now it would be Bron,Melo, Wade and Bosh. They are all really spectacular players though.
Lebron James, Chris Bosh, Dwyane Wade, Carmello Anthony
LeBron is head and shoulders above everyone physically, and talent-wise with the slight exception to Carmello (dating back to their High School days). But because Wade on the greatest stage of all of a period of two weeks did the amazing the order must go...James, Wade, Anthony, Bosh (no disrespect Chris but I have yet to see you carry a team for an extended period of time to a Championship level)
Lebron James

Wade

Anthony

Bosh
1. lebron 2. wade 3. bosh 4. melo
Lebron has the most skills physically and best upside. Wade would be next when healthy. Carmelo is third but would be better if he tried hard all the time and went after rebounds. Bosh is last but is one of the most solid team guys you could ask for.
Wade has a ring. Hello, he played the game of his life in the 06 finals versus the Mavericks. Yeah, he shot like 25 fts in one game but still c'mon. LeBron would be #2 because he also played the game of his life versus Detroit and had a coming out party which led him to the finals as well. From there, I would go with Bosh then Carmelo even though I like Carmelo. What you have done defines who you are. That's why people look at MJ and say he's the greatest.
This is a joke right?.... OK, who must be asking about who's best numbers 2-4.... well in that case, it's Flash, Melo then Bosh.... Unfortunately, Bosh doesn't get seen enough by too many people, for those too realize how great he is, hands down 2nd best pf in the east (next to KG of course)

EVERYONE knows LBJ is far and away the no.1 choice, with Flash being the only one in the ballpark
LeBron hands down then d-wade, carmello, and then bosh
LeBron is the best, then Wade, then 'Mello, then Bosh.
Lebron, then wade, then Melo and then Bosh.
ok from best to worse it goes LeBron James, then Dwayne Wade(when healthy), then Chris Bosh, and finally Mello
Wade

Lebron

Bosh

Mello

best to worse...
They are all good . Lebron is probably the best. But now a days we rate people in terms of accomplishments and of that list only D-Wade has a ring. D-wade carried that team to a championship with a little help from Shaq. Unless Lebron wins a ring this year I must objectively give my vote to Dwayne Wade #3
1. Lebron James

2. Chris Bosh

3. Carmello Anthony

4. Dwyane Wade

this ranking is not of there carrers, but right now, Chris Bosh is a beast and if you have watched him play you know what i am talking about.
1. Lebron

2. Chris

3. Carmelo

4. Dwaye

They are all awesome regardless of rank. Thats a pretty damn good draft year though...i wonder if Detroit regrets taking darko milic before chris, carmelo, and dwayne.

Fantasy trade; Carmelo Anthony for Lebron James straight up. Should I do it?

It depends on what your fantasy team needs. This year Carmelo is going to give you more points than Lebron, better fg%, MUCH better ft%, and fewer turnovers.

Lebron on the other hand, will give you more rebounds, assists, steals, and threes.

If you are still undecided, I would say go with Lebron because he's a triple double threat every game. He gets great overall numbers in points, rebounds, assists, and steals. But he's gonna hurt you in turnovers and ft% though.

Fantasy trade; Carmelo Anthony for Lebron James straight up. Should I do it?nba championships

I would favor James over melo

Fantasy trade; Carmelo Anthony for Lebron James straight up. Should I do it?nba game ,nba teams

Keep Melo... He is THE MAN
No. Carmelo is a 1 stat guy and Lebron is a 5 stat guy. No. Unless you are the one getting Lebron. Then yes.
If you have Lebron keep him, if you don't have him get him. The main thing that Carmelo does differently than Lebron is that he doesn't do as much. Lebron controls more of the offense and with that he gets more assists. Other than that, they are basically the same player.
thats a great question. Both do the same thing. Melo has iverson that will take some points from him. but he is still capable of scoring high consistant numbers. Lebron doesnt have any other play makers. its really a toss up.
Do it! LBJ is way better than Melo. Lebron is more of an all around player.
If you can get Lebron for Melo you have to do it. Lebron gives you even more points them Melo (Melos strongest category) more rebounds more assists and just because he had a bad opener no reason to think that he will not improve his FG% and his FT% improved greatly late last season. One thing to watch for though is that Denver is considering letting Melo roam on the wing this year to pick up steals if they go ahead with that plan and stick with it Melo will get some easy breakaway points and probably have over 100 steals, but Lebron may match that as well.

If you have Lebron keep him if not pull the trigger on the deal and do it quickly.
LeBron he will score and get assist melo he is just going to score so it depends if you get more points for assist then lebron is ya man but more points for points then get melo. simple as that
Keep Melo...#1 he is on a better team and will get more stats...Lebron will put up points but he will not be consistent every game
Melo is a one trick pony in fantasy sports... LeBron is a top fantasy player... get him.
i think u should go make that deal
Keep LeBron he can really fill the stat sheet you can get fantasy points with this guy
No keep Lebron James. He will have to score 30+ ppg for the Cavs win on a daily basis. He's like Kobe Bryant and has no-one on his team. Anthony AI Martin. Now that I think about it Lebron James will have to dish more assists, limit TO, have a better free-throw % otherwise his team will not be headed back to the Eastern Conference Finals.
Anthony has better players around him but James is the better player. James is the best bet. For his team to win he must pass, shoot, rebound, and play good defense. Anthony does not need to do everything, having AI around makes life easier for Anthony but doesn't help is fantasy value.

Where's Kobe? His numbers are better than anyone except Lebron. And his team is winning many more games.

Kevin Garnett doesn't even lead his team in any of the main stats: scoring, assists or rebounds? Where's Kobe????

The Lakers are 3rd in assists, 1st in defensive rebounds, 6th in steals, 6th in blocks, and 3rd in FG% differential. And Kobe is 2nd in scoring, hardly does anything in the 1st quarter, and only turns it on in the 4th if need be (which is much less than the Cavs because the Lakers have blown out many more opponents and Kobe has been able to sit many 4th quarters). And Kobe's only 2 assists behind Lebron (because he has other players who can assist) and 2 behind him in rebounds (which almost always happens when comparing a good shooting guard and a good forward).

Also, Lebron's Cavs would be in 10th place in the West with the same record, while the Lakers are 1st (and already had a MUCH better record than the Cavs before the Gasol trade).

carter
If they were all in their prime, I absolutely COUNDN'T pick then but it goes to LeBron because he's the youngest, the freshest.
Vince Carter: he's all of the moves and experience.
Vince
Air Canada without a doubt
Vinsanity. He's still the best dunker. I think second would go to J-Rich because he has 2 slam dunk titles already. Last would be Lebron.

Who do you think is better in a 2 on 2 game lebron james and carmello anthony vs kobe bryant and ste

Lebron james and carmello anthony would be better. They work well together already and they are used to eachother. they both have height and they both have madd skills.

Who do you think is better in a 2 on 2 game lebron james and carmello anthony vs kobe bryant and steve nash?nba trades

Kobe would most likely be guarded by Lebron, which would leave Melo on Nash, which is just a mismatch. I would say that Nash would best Melo in this matchup, because although Carmelo would score some easy post points, I could see Nash very easily just swiping the ball from him, and as soon as Kobe and Nash got on offense, it would be all over. Nash would hit the 3 or mid range whenever he wanted, with a quick jab step to get open, or just cross and get past Melo, because he's not quick enough to guard Nashty. Then, when Lebron comes over to help with the double team, Nash, being the incredible passer that he is, would hit Kobe for the open shot, or drive, or basically, whatever Kobe would want to do.

I give it to Kobe and Nash over Lebron and Melo.

Trill Answer.......................

Lebron %26amp; Melo wouldn't dominate Kobe %26amp; Nash, but they would beat them in 2 on 2.Close match!
Its gonna be 100-81 for lebron and melo because kobe wont pass. Also, lebron can defend and rebound.
lebron and mello not by much just because of there size, whoevers on nash will post up
dude kobe and nash would be better i mean c'mon nash 2 time MVP even though i hate the guy and Kobe just coming out of his best season ever. GO LAKERS!
kobe and nash hehehe im a lakers fan.
Kobe and T+Steve...duh.
Me, Myself, and I. I dont need Nash to beat them. I am the best so i think... Plus I am still mad at Raja for that clothesline. It actually did hurt and I was in the locker room cryin on Vujacic's shoulder.
lebron james and carmello anthony all the way
2-2 I give the edge to the young guns. In 2 on 2 you can post so the obvious edge goes to LJ and Melo

Be honest dont you thonk lebron james 100% deserves mvp?jerseys

LeBron and Kobe are the only 2 you could consider. Chris Paul has only proven he could be good one season. CP's season was incredible but could be an anomaly.

LeBron led the league in scoring was a force on the boards and dished the ball nearly as well as CP. He led the league in triple doubles which puts him in a league all his own when compared to Kobe the scorer and CP the set up man.

Kobe got it done on both ends of the court. He nearly led the league in scoring but with the acquisition of Pau Gasol he was able to let off and get others involved more. He picked up his already stellar defense (he's better hen LeBron) and led the Lakers to the best record in a tough west conference.

The voting will come down to LeBron Vs Kobe and this year the deciding factor may be the conferences giving the edge to Kobe. You never know though the bulk of the voters live out east and we've had the last 3 MVP's go to the west. Anything can happen.

Be honest dont you thonk lebron james 100% deserves mvp?www.nba ,nba teams

No... it should go to Chris Paul; he is the player who has lead a team of young guns who literally would be lost without him, into being one of the most serious title threats in years.

They are the only team (ever) of young players without much playoff experience on the team; and the ONLY team that is lead by a player without playoff experience to be considered a real threat for a title shot.

All of this is because of CHRIS PAUL!!!

BTW...tschernS, you just proved why Chris Paul SHOULD be the #1 candidate. The MVP is a ANNUAL/SEASON award, not a Lifetime achievement award. if it was based on career achievement, then it wouldn't be going to Kobe, Lebron, or KG, the only player that would deserve it then would be Tim Duncan. He's the only player who keeps leading his team to the promise-land consistently, if you doubt that check his career stats. None of the other players compare.

Second Team All-NBA Defense:

Tim Duncan has won 2 NBA MVP awards:

2001-02 NBA MVP

2002-03 NBA MVP

Duncan is a 3 time Finals MVP %26amp; 4 time NBA champion:

1999 NBA Finals MVP (Spurs win NBA title)

2003 NBA Finals MVP (Spurs win NBA title)

2005 NBA Finals MVP (Spurs win NBA title)

2007 (Spurs win NBA title)

Tim Duncan's teams have never missed the playoffs and the only time his team has been ousted in the first round, he wasn't on the playoff roster....... 2000.

Duncan has never played on a playoff team that lost in the first round.

28 three Point shots in his career with a .186 3Point% He is 28 for 150 in regular and postseason combined Lifetime.
No he doesn't deserve it and I'm being honest.

His team is only 45-37 in the weak east and would only be #10 and lottery team if they are in the west.

If you are basing on stats then Kobe should have won it in the past 2 years specially when Kobe averaged 35.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.8 steals.
Not even close. I love the King and I think he's the second best player in the league (Kobe first), but what Chris Paul, Kobe and KG has done for their teams, and the fact that their teams have better records takes Lebron out of the conversation.
In a sense, his team wouldn't have a shot if it weren't for him, but then again you can say that about other teams too.

It's tough to tell, but I think Paul deserves MVP, he's sort of the same, where would his team be without him?
I think KG deserves MVP. Celtics were in the tank last season. They added KG and Ray Allen and now they have 60 wins. Ray Allen is good, but not that good. Adding KG is the main reason the Celtics have turned it around so much, so he deserves MVP in my book.
i think he was a contender for the mvp trophy until he started to say kobe deserved it.

i guess he was trying not to be selfish but the media took that and now they are saying lebron wants kobe to be mvp so kobe should be mvp.
of course i mean did u see his dunk against the wizards in the playoffs game 1. i mean talk about dunks. WOW that was awesome. he is by far the best player in the NBA right now and i think he should be MVP. He is perfect material and a great player
No. if he did Kobe Bryant should have been in 2005 %26amp; 2006.

His stats 35.4ppg kills lebrons easily. PLUS an 81point game.

This year kobe got the lakers on top of the hardest conference in NBA history. enuff said...
The meaning of MVP has changed. But the way I see it. without Kobe, the Lakers still challange for a playoff spot. Without LeBron the Cavs are not even in Cleveland anymore. So who is truely more Valuable to there franchise.
Yes he should..... He is only 23 and he has been in the NBA for 5 yrs, already a legend....... it takes a normal nba player all his career to even be mentioned. He earned every bit of the pts he got this yr....
Hell no...i mean he does have the stats but his team doesnt really have the record...any star in the league could put up 30 a game if nobody else on your team avg more than 15 a game...Kobe or KG should get it i think
If there were an award for Most Selfish Player, then, of course, Kobe would win it .... hands down. However, No player helps his team more than Lebron. He deserves it.
Kobe deserves the MVP this year!

Kobe has great stats and his team is #1 in the west to back it up!
No he doesn't..Here is the reason...Kobe has never won an MVP. He deseves it this year. Lebron has a heck of time left.
i want lebron to win...but honestly kobe deserves it more.....he showed a better performance as a single player and a team player....
Not this year, plus Cleveland hasn't improved this year.
If you're making a case for LeBJ, you're admitting Kobe was robbed 3 times already.

Who think Lebron James is way overrated?

The guy isn't even that good. He has no dribble skills like Michael Jordan,Kobe, iverson, carter, or even marbury. He has no style whatsoever compare to the players name above. He looks uncomfortable when he try to dribble or do something flashy (yea he does Lebron azzkisser).y'all remember how he traveled against the wizard game 6 at the end. The only way he could score is to bully people in his way. NO FITNESS OR SKILLS WHATSOEVER AND He's so boring to watch. I don't understand why so many people like this sorry excuse of a player. people out there who disagree with me, surely don't know crap about basketball or probably don't know how to play basketball. Also, how can you people even considered comparing him to Michael Jordan or even Kobe byant (talent-wise). you people should be ashame of yourself. Hit me with your best shot, lebron lover

MOST OVERHYPE PLAYER EVER

Who think Lebron James is way overrated?ncaa

He's overated in that he is not more talented than Kobe Bryant but the people who run the NBA are trying to push him because Kobe was accused of rape and they're worried about keeping a clean image which is pretty messed up and evil if Kobe really didn't do it. He scores more than Kobe at the same age because back then they wouldn't let Kobe shoot because he was the first SG out of HS and Shaq got all the shots. But Kobe might just be the best scorer ever as far as ability because he shoots the ball a little better than Jordan and I think he has a better crossover. Jordan was a little of a better passer though and had more hang time even though Kobe is a ill dunker in his own right and is probably up there with Dominique Wilkins at dunking. Also people forget that Iverson led his team to the Finals and lost because he had to face a younger Shaq and Kobe but Iverson just averaged 33ppg last season so it's not like he sucks. Kobe is the best player in the NBA but he hasn't really earned the respect of his team mates and fans in general partially because of the rape thing, part because of the Shaq thing(even though Shaq fought with Penny too), and part because people will only shut up when he wins a ring and leads the NBA in scoring in the same season. But Jordan did it and I think if Kobe gets more help and stays healthy he can too. As for James he is very good and might win rings but he is not the next Jordan because he wears 23 that is just ridiculous itself because he's a small/power foward not a shooting/point guard. In my opinion he's more of a cross between a magic johnson or scottie pippen and a power foward. But one thing I think is ridculous is people saying he's the best because he led his team to a winning season so young. Case in point Magic won a ring as a rookie and Jordan didn't until he was 28 which is Kobe's age starting next season. Kobe already has 3. He most likely doesn't have a shot of another one until he's 29-30 because people like KG will be free agents then. I mean Lebron James is great but the best ever? Nah I don't think that's even a fair statement when Kobe led the NBA in scoring, and Iverson was #2. I would say the top 5 in the NBA right now are

1.Kobe

2.Iverson

3.Wade

4.James

5.Shaq-although it's hard to say how much longer he'll hold up just because he still forces the double team.

Who think Lebron James is way overrated?soccer ,nba teams

lebron james is my dad shut up is best player in the game Report It

Over Rated? Hell No. Boring to watch, definately, but give him a break. he's really young and he's just getting started. Will he be the best ever? I doubt it, but who knows? This is one guy that will go as far as he drives himself.
Everyone but Lebron James.
can you play anywhere near as good as he can? no...so quit hatin'
you said it man i couldnt have said it any better lebron has no dribble skills whatsoever cant really shoot and he did walk against the wizards that makes me mad that the refs are getting worse but your right........ lebron way overrated 100%
I don't that he is over-hype i think that the media put te most pressure on him to excel because of the bad wrap that the nba tokk when the fight broke out, and the fact of the kobe case so they r looking for the big name player to carry them.
Jordan213 does and that's all that counts
He is one of only three players to average at least 20 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists in their career. Only two other players have done that. Doesn't that make LeBron a great basketball player. Your just a LeBron hater.

LBJ for MVP
You are a joke.........and a hater.

I am a Bulls fan and I love Mj.

But you HAVE to get LB his props, what other player do you know of that came in at 18 years old and avg. 20ppg, 6ast, 5 boards in the League at 18 (maybe 19 by end of season). By the way dont waste your time looking, you wont find one!

Then second year he avgs. 27, 7 and 7 at 19/20 years old.

Third year he is only 20/21 years old and avgs. 31,7,and 7.

If you think he is not going to continue to improve you are a retard! Either way you are a HATER!

And how can any of you say he has no dribbles? Just because he doesnt do that flashy And1 crap. He is 6-8 and ends up running point most of the time.

For one, when did this question turn into who can play and who cant? I have coached basketball for more years then you have been alive. Second, I have forgotten more about basketball then you have ever known. Third, you must be some inner-city ghetto punk who just got the internet because your ghettoazz friends got tired of hearing you run your mouth.

Who think? Overhype? You are a waste of life. Good luck with being on welfare all your life!
You sound just like the typical, "casual NBA fan" of today. Forget playing sound, fundemental basketball, its all about flash and dazzle. It doesn't matter what answer anyone gives, its gonna go right over your head anyways, but here goes:

I'm assuming that you are a Michael Jordan fan, so lets compare the two. Lebron has only been in the league three years, so we'll compare his first three years to MJ's (which you sound like you were too young to even remember).

MJ%26gt; 29.3 PPG %26gt;5 RPG %26gt; 4 APG %26gt; 48% FG

LJ%26gt; 26.5 PPG %26gt;6.6 RPG %26gt; 6.6 APG %26gt; 46% FG

BULLS: 108-138 '85 , '86 , '87

CAVS: 127-119 '04, '05, '06

Looks to me like Lebron has been every bit as good as MJ in his first three years, if not better. Sorry to disagree with you, but facts are facts, and I've already forgotten more about basketball than you'll EVER know! Were you even around for Jordan's rookie year?

I'll bet that Lebron gets his first ring before Jordan got his (7 years). Hell, Jordan's Bulls never even broke .500 until his fourth year. I'm guessing that you judge a players greatness by how many slam dunk contests they win, or by how many times they make the Sportscenter highlights.

You really should do more research before you go around making stupid comments that you can't back up.

BTW...MJ was by far the most overhyped player in history!
I would have to agree with you on this one Lebron is Overrated i think so, but he is one of the premier players in the league right now but he would not be on my top 5 list but would be on my top 10. I can name a couple of people that are better then him........Dirk, KG, Duncan,Kobe, AI, Tmac and yea then he would fit some where after them but he is pretty overrated in my eyes.
how the hell can u think he is that overrated i mean god u act like he sucks....are u gonna say he sucks...i mean come look at these stats Ranks #3 in the NBA in Points Per Game(31.4) Ranks #12 in the NBA in Assists Per Game(6.6)

Ranks #2 in the NBA in Field Goal Attempts(1823.0) Ranks #19 in the NBA in Three-Point Field Goal Attempts(379.0)

Ranks #6 in the NBA in Free Throws(601.0) Ranks #3 in the NBA in Free Throw Attempts(814.0)

Ranks #19 in the NBA in Defensive Rebounds(481.0) Ranks #10 in the NBA in Assists(521.0)

Ranks #2 in the NBA in Total Efficiency Points(2323.0) Ranks #2 in the NBA in Efficiency Ranking(29.41)
Are you kidding me? The most over-rated player EVER?

I'll just point out now that Sam Bowie already has that title, and nobody is taking it away from him any time soon. You'll probably need to go and do a google search to find out who Sam Bowie is, so I'll save you the time.....drafted 2nd behind Olajuwan, AHEAD of Michael Jordan.

Anyways, Lebron is the 3rd player in NBA history to average 20, 5 and 5 in his rookie year (Oscar Robertson and MJ are the other two), is the youngest winner ever of the RoY, has 6,300+ points at only 21 years of age (!!!!!!!) and averaged 31ppg last year. HOW CAN YOU OVER-RATE HIM? He has a 2 to 1 Assist to Turnover ratio, shoots 75% from the line and 46% from the floor!

I don't know what you're thinking here, but I'll tell you a secret.....LeBron is already better than VC and Starbury, and is immesurably more powerful than AI. Kobe and MJ are already in the history books, but LeBron is definitely following right in their footsteps.
NO one is as good as MJ!

But Kobe comes close.
the future....not my favorite player., but young, talented, hungry...team player
